Situational Analysis & Research Proposal
At the University of Minnesota, as a small group, I completed a Situational Analysis & Research Proposal, completing a deep-dive analysis of Bud Light’s brand evolution and recent public relations challenges. Our team focused on the "Aftermath" of the Dylan Mulvaney campaign and the brand's pivot during Super Bowl LVIII. For this project, we intentionally designed our presentation as an outline, pushing us to move beyond reading slides, memorizing, and better understand the data points and consumer psychology behind the audience.

Tasked with picking a case that was in the news at the time and working to create a situational analysis deep diving into the case to create a research proposal for the brand and/or organization.
